Womprat enables these alternate characters—plus an ampersand—automatically when selecting this OpenType feature.
These same attributes are extended to Greek—
…Cyrillic—
…and accented Latin.
To ensure ligatures aren’t formed with these letters, disable Standard Ligatures.
